CARAVAN PUBLICATIONS (PTY) LTD is the holding company for Caravan and Outdoor Life magazine and SA4x4 magazine and sister publication Leisure Boating. It also owns and operates the websites http://www.caravansa.co.za; www.sa4x4.co.za ; www.leisureboating.co.za
Delivery policy
The magazines are sold nationally via RNA who supply booksellers both in South Africa as well as neighbouring states. Subscriptions are handled directly through Caravan Publications Cape Town Head Office. After confirmation of payment from new subscribers the relevant subscription period will come into play and magazines will be delivered monthly via the South African postal system.
Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients and those abroad or overseas. However different destinations may incur additional costs. Please check with our Head Office if you are unsure.
Return and Refunds policy
Caravan Publications has a policy of remailing a magazine free of charge should this go astray in the post. Notice of non delivery must be received at Head Office by phone or e-mail in the same month in order for this to take place. Claims for two or more months non delivery will be considered on merit value only. Subscriptions may be cancelled with immediate effect and the balance of the subscription period will receive a pro-rata refund. If the subscription included any incentive or free gift the cost of this will be deducted from the balance of the subscription period.
Customer privacy policy
CARAVAN PUBLICATIONS (PTY) LTD has a strict policy of privacy and will not disclose your details to any third party. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into CARAVAN PUBLICATIONS (PTY) LTD bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for CARAVAN PUBLICATIONS (PTY) LTD via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
